When your order is placed, we will send you a confirmation email. Once your package is shipped, we will send you an email with the final confirmation and tracking number.

SHIPPING DESTINATION, TIMES, AND CHARGES
Orders to countries or regions outside of Hong Kong are shipped according to Incoterm Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means that we do not collect VAT, duties, and/or taxes on orders to countries or regions outside of Hong Kong. We cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur any such additional charges, they must be paid in order for your package to clear customs. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
EAMUS may update the Shipping Method from time to time. Upon such updates, EAMUS will make new information on the Website. You’re welcome to revisit this information regularly.

EAMUS provides standard shipping methods for all orders. If you wish to specify the shipping method you prefer, you could choose from other available shipping methods and rates. Free shipping is available from the total amount of HKD 2000 and up.
